Kingley Vale Nature Reserve

Nestling in the South Downs National Park, Kingley Vale National Nature Reserve is a beautiful area of grassland, chalk and forest. The reserve is steep and challenging in places – perfect hill running terrain. Once you’ve climbed to the top, you’ll be rewarded by spectacular panoramic views towards to the coast. Do not miss the twisted and ancient yews, among the oldest living things in Britain – look out for the monstrous shapes and gargoyle faces.
